Programs
Students will learn proper techniques for Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly.
Practice will run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays. Please note that when we have a Varsity and/or Middles School Home Swim Meet there will be No Rec Swim Team Practice
There are No Practice or Meet Requirements! Swimmers are welcome to attend practice as much as 4 days a week or as little as 1 day a week.
Rec Students must be able to Swim 1 (25yd) Lap Freestyle and 1 (25yd) Lap of Backstroke.
Key Concepts: Freestyle Stroke, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Diving and Treading Water.

Note:
Rec Club Swimming will take place in the Competition Pool unless otherwise noted. The Allegan Aquatic Center has a Men’s, Women’s and Family/Special Needs Locker Rooms. We ask that if you have a child of the opposite gender with you, please use the Family/Special Needs Locker Room. Please follow the signs located in the hallway to the Family/Special Needs Locker Room. Locker Rooms will lead to both the Competition Pool and Leisure Pool.
Please check in with the Coach and/or Lesson Instructor on the pool deck for lane assignments.
No refunds will be provided after the first Practice Date.
