Level 3: Intermediate I
This Level is for Swimmers that have completed Level 1 and/or Level 2, are comfortable in the water and are ready for stroke development . Swimmers will continue to learn to float independently on both their back and belly and kick independently. Swimmers will work on streamline glides off the wall and underwater. Swimmers will also begin to work on Freestyle swim stroke and the rollover breath technique.
**It is common for students to repeat this swim level multiple times before moving on to Level 4.**

Note:
Swimming Lessons will take place in the Leisure Pool unless otherwise noted. The Allegan Aquatic Center has a Men’s, Women’s and Family Locker Room. We ask that if you have an older child of the opposite gender with you, please use the Family Locker Room. Locker Rooms will lead to both the Competition Pool and Leisure Pool.
Please check in with the Lesson Instructor and/or Lifeguard on the pool deck for lane assignments.
No refunds for Swimming Lessons will be provided after the first Lesson.
