Lap Swim is available for participants to enjoy an hour of lap swimming at their own pace in our competition pool. Each swimmer will have a lane that they will stay in throughout the entirety of their workout. We offer a morning lap swim option as well as a noon time slot. This program is available for adults and seniors.
